Sarah B. Townsend

Sarah B. Townsend 85, of Rogers went to Heaven May 26, 2022 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born January 25, 1937, in Rogers, the daughter of Ted and Grace Overbey Townsend. Sarah retired was a lunchroom attendant at Chicken Quick. She was a member of the Rogers First Assembly of God Church and was a door greeter. She enjoyed shopping with her friends and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Geneva Holcomb, Venita Tiner, Margaret Morrison and Edith Reynolds. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, Donna (Max) McCoy of Bentonville, Danny (Janice) Morrison of Rogers, Twyla Farrish of Rogers, Albert (Dollie) Tiner of Exeter, Mo., Debbie (Jack) Roller of Seligman, Mo., Dennis (Dana) Reynolds of Springdale; and many loved ones. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Friday at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Funeral services 10 a.m. Saturday, at Rogers First Assembly of God Church.
