Troy "Dean" Biggs, of Austin, was born on September 24, 1963, to Troy Biggs and Caroline Goacher Biggs. He passed away on October, 2, 2022. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 5, at 2 p.m., at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock. A visitation will be held one-hour prior to services at 1 p.m. A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m., at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
