Robert Franklin Fulmer, Jr.

Robert Franklin Fulmer, Jr., age 73, of Winslow, Ark., died on October 12, 2022, in Little Rock, Ark.. He was born on July 12, 1949, in Houston, Texas, to Robert Franklin Fulmer, Sr. and Georgia Martin Fulmer. Robert graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1967. He graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with an undergraduate degree in Biology and Master's Degree in Biology. Robert graduated from University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1981 with his Doctorate in Dentistry. He married Jamae Craft on May 27, 1972, in Bono, Ark. Robert had his own dental practice in Searcy, Ark., from 1982 until his retirement in 2012. He was loved by his dental patients, showing care and compassion for them. Robert was a member of the Mount Comfort Church of Christ. Robert loved the outdoors, always had a project, and showed love by doing things for others. He was "Pop" to those who loved him most. He was loving and so kind to all who knew him, especially his kids and grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Nell Scrivner. He is survived by his wife, Jamae Fulmer; son, Jason Fulmer and wife Jessica of Prosper, Texas, and their children, Abby, Jantzen, Annie, Paxton, and Evie; son, Brad Fulmer and wife Ashley of Winslow, Ark., and their children, Avari, Adleigh, and Ayden; brother, Dale Fulmer and wife Joyce of Texarkana, Ark.; and sister, Margaret Ann Lunsford and husband Richard of Dumas, Ark. A celebration of life will be 3 p.m., Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Mount Comfort Church of Christ with the family receiving friends from 2 p.m. until service time.
