Stanley Stracener, 48, of Cabot passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022. He was born on June 13, 1974, to Vera Nell Webb Stracener and Marvin Edward Stracener of Floyd. A brother to two, father of three, and friend to all, Stan spent his formative years outdoors hunting, camping, playing football or on anything with off-road tires. Like his mother and grandfather before him, he dedicated his career to the United States Postal Service. At the time of his death, he was the postmaster in Lonoke. He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Stracener; and nephew, Seth Stracener of Kingsport, Tenn. He is survived by his mother, Nell Stracener of Floyd; his three children, whom he loved dearly, Baylee (Hunter) Field of Austin, Cole (Mary Sue) Stracener of Floyd, and Brooklyn Stracener of Conway; two brothers, Steve (Sheree) Stracener of Kingsport, Tenn., and Scott (Mary Ann Davis) Stracener of Floyd; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other treasured family members. A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022, from 6-8 p.m. at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe. A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church in Cabot with a graveside service to follow. Arrangements by Smith Westbrook Funeral Home.
