Clyde Williams

Clyde Williams, age 78, of Morrilton, Ark., passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022. He was born July 26, 1944, in Springfield, Ark., the son of Ermon Otis Williams and Osie Passmore Williams. He was in the Army National Guard and attended Plummerville Faith Assembly of God Church. Clyde was the co-owner of Greer's Department Store and an avid bird hunter with his dogs. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Lefler Williams of Morrilton; son, Paul (Laura) Doan of Searcy; three grandsons, Aaron (Lauren) Doan, Jay Doan, and Graham (Laney) Doan; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 25, at the Harris Chapel with Rev. Paul Doan officiating. Burial will be at Kilgore Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
