Rita Ann Stackhouse

Rita Ann Stackhouse, born on October 7, 1946, in Little Rock, Ark. Passed away peacefully on October 20, 2022 surrounded by family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Angelina Paladino; brother, Robert Paladino; and husband, Jerrold Stackhouse. Rita loved being diversified in her career path. She was known by many, and had a heart for sharing her time with others. She always lent a hand, shoulder and heart where it was and was not needed. She had a special way of bringing joy to others when they needed it the most. She loved staying busy, being outdoors, and nurturing things to make them whole again. Living her life for every moment and to its fullest. Much like her love for jewelry, she too was a diamond in the rough, this allowed her to see the rare beauty in everyone around her. Her beauty will shine on through her surviving family. Rita is survived by her sister, Theresa (Vincent) Chiaro of Little Italy, Ark.; daughters, Deanna (Jimmy) Heavrin of Benton, Ark., Danyell (Jeff) Bryant of Alexander, Ark.; granddaughters, Lauren (Drew) Lavender of Bryant, Ark., Alise (Cody) Magrath of Benton, Ark., Morgan Bryant of Alexander, Ark.; grandsons, Andrei Bryant, Ivan Bryant, both of Alexander, Ark.; and great-granddaughters, Lainey and Adalynn Lavender In lieu of service or flowers, at Rita's request, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, in honor of her own journey with cancer.
