James Timothy Ellis (Tim) was born to James and Quetta Ellis on June 11, 1959, in Hope, Ark., and died on August 25, 2022 in Little Rock, Ark. Tim attended Ouachita Baptist University. After completing cosmetology school, Tim became a sought-after hair stylist for over 20 years. He was known for his style and wonderful taste in clothes and shoes. He also enjoyed many hobbies, exercise, physical fitness and films among them. Tim had a great love for Hawaii and traveled there more than 25 times.
He is survived by his partner of 44 years, Tom Chandler; his mother, Quetta Ellis Smith; his sisters, Janinne Ward (Mark) and Merigayle Stockton (Darryl) of Hope, Ark.; as well as many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and friends. He was predeceased by his father.
