Howard Wayne Smith, age 75, of Pine Bluff, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022. He was a retired locomotive engineer for the Cotton Belt/Southern Pacific Railroads. Funeral services will be Friday, September 16, 2022, 10 a.m. at White Hall United Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m., also at the church.
