Willard "Will" Bailey Fisher, Jr, 73, of Maumelle, Ark., passed away on March 5, 2024. He was born June 23, 1950, in San Antonio, Texas, to Willard Bailey Fisher, Sr., and Evelyn Linl (Lassig) Fisher.
