ORAH LEE CHUDY, 86, of Marche, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Orah Lee was born June 20, 1937, at Ft. Riley, Kan., to M.W. and Genieve Burnett. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Anthony Chudy, Sr.; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony, Jr. and Sonya; son-in-law, Denver Roy; daughter-in-law, Kim Chudy; her parents; and sister, Nadine. She is survived by her children, Deborah Roy, Georgia (Wayne) Campbell, Dennis, Susan (Wayne) Behr, Christopher (Roxie), Paul (Sherri), Gregory, and Julie; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, with an eighth on the way, and sisters, Ruth Massoth, Jacki Stafford, and Cynthia Mathias. Orah Lee graduated in 1955 from North Little Rock High school. She was a retired LPN from Arkansas Urology. Orah Lee enjoyed time spent with family, painting and crafting. She was always working on either a painting, making jewelry, sewing felt stockings and anything that intrigued her. She also enjoyed her monthly breakfast at Bobby's with her friends from church, her monthly lunch with her high school classmates. Orah Lee was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and the Altar Society. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main Street), from 6-7 p.m., with a rosary beginning at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 22, 2024, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, with burial following at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery.
