Kurt L. Peters

Kurt L. Peters passed from this temporary world into the true one he will inhabit forever on March 18, 2024. Born to Carl T. Peters and Patty J. Peters in Morrilton, Ark., on October 4, 1962, Kurt leaves behind his wife of almost 38 years, Angie; granddaughter, Natalie; kids, Nick and Heather Peters (Benton, Ark.); Lindsey Peters and Andrew Rindahl (Little Rock, Ark.), and Erin Peters and Zack Knapp (Benton, Ark.); his mother, Patty Peters (Jacksonville, Ark.); his siblings, Greg and Teresa Peters (Sherwood, Ark.), Lisa and Richard Weaver (Greenbrier, Ark.); and many other beloved relatives and friends. Preceding Kurt in death were his dad, Carl Peters; his brothers, Jeff and Eric "Ricky" Peters; and Angie's parents, Bob and Vicki Rogers. Kurt worked for Dillard's corporate offices since 1986, and for the last several years was director of accounting for the company's store planning and construction department. His co-workers at Dillard's were among his closest friends. The family would like to thank the UAMS 4th-floor oncology infusion lab and acute care teams, including Alyssa and Greg, and Kurt's team at Arkansas Hospice—Jamie, Alex, Lavonia, and Shirley. A celebration of life will be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday in Jacksonville, Ark. Please contact family members for details. Memorials may be made to the Little Rock Compassion Center.
