Josh Knight, a firefighter with the Fayetteville Fire Department, works to create a dam in a spillway to contain a spilled liquid during a hazardous materials training exercise on Pump Station Road near the West Fork of the White River. Training officers with the fire department created a simulated pesticide spill that firefighters learned to contain using earthen dams.
