The big news in tech this last week concerned a former Google boss who said he thought the Internet would "split" in the next few years. Not that anything will happen to your computer, mind you, but that there'll be one Internet for the free world and one probably run by mainland China.
A split in the Internet?
Folks, have you seen CNN.com and Foxnews.com lately? It doesn't get any more split than that.
It's like they're covering different worlds.
