A man was robbed at knifepoint early Monday morning in downtown Little Rock, police say.
It happened about 6:20 a.m. near Spring and Markham streets.
The 47-year-old victim told investigators he was walking on the sidewalk when a man approached him, pulled out a knife and opened the blade toward him.
The robber didn't say anything, but the victim handed over a $100 bill because the weapon was pointed at him, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.
The man ran west on Markham after getting the cash.
The robber is described as a black man about 5-foot-10 and between 28 and 35 years old. He was wearing a black coat, black pants and a white shirt.
