Viper, a German shepherd belonging to first lady Ginger and Gov. Mike Beebe, is the cover dog for The Humane Society of Pulaski County’s 2013 Day Planner. The cover was painted by Stephano Sutherlin and a preview party was held Nov. 8 at Stephano’s Fine Arts Gallery owned by the artist and his wife, Ashley.
