Fertilizer Plant Explosion in West, Texas

An explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, about 20 miles north of Waco, left the factory a smoldering ruin, leveled homes and businesses for blocks in every direction, and left dozens hurt and as many as 15 dead.
