Festival of Trees

Thanks to CARTI — formerly known as Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute — Christmas always comes early to downtown Little Rock. And once again, guests donned their finest to promenade amid a “forest” that looked like it was taken straight out of the North Pole. Tux ‘n Trees, which took place Nov. 9 in the Wally Allen Ballroom of the Statehouse Convention Center, was the jewel in the crown of the four-day, 37th annual CARTI Auxiliary Festival of Trees.
