Light of Hope Breakfast

Circuit Judge Wiley Branton says the Court Appointed Special Advocates for children (CASA) program is one of his favorite programs and CASA volunteers are some of his favorite people. He was speaking at the 5th annual Light of Hope breakfast benefiting the Pulaski County CASA program on June 12 at the Junior League of Little Rock. The program gives children in group or foster homes an advocate.
