The Designers Choice Fashion Preview — that oh-so-sophisticated showcase of some of the state's most talented fashion purveyors — is always such a dazzling event, it would be easy to wonder whether founder Theresa Timmons and her production crew can possibly outdo themselves with the next incarnation. But outdo themselves is exactly what they did with "The World of Fashion," the eighth annual Designers Choice event, held April 4 at the Metroplex Event Center in Little Rock.
