The popularity of Juneteenth celebrations in general is growing … as is the annual Juneteenth Celebration of Freedom, hosted by Little Rock's Mosaic Templars Cultural Center. On June 20, the center hosted its seventh annual outdoor festival in recognition not only of Juneteenth itself, but the sesquicentennial of the day.
