Hoga arrives in North Little Rock

Pearl Harbor-surviving tug Hoga arrives November 23, 2015, at the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum in North Little Rock. The Hoga is owned by the city and was awarded the National Historic Landmark designation in 1989 for its crew’s efforts during and after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941.
