35th Anniversary Celebration of Treatment Homes

Dawn Scott and Consevella James were honored at special dinner held June 28 in the Grand Hall of the Governor’s Mansion in Little Rock. The 35th Anniversary Celebration of Treatment Homes (also known as Thinc) marked three and a half decade of the agency's provision of a therapeutic family environment for foster children with emotional problems.
