We're seeking photo submissions of readers’ fabulous Christmas lights displays to publish in our Dec. 18 Style section (deadline for print is Dec. 10), and to include in our online searchable database of holiday lights.

Simply fill out the form below including a photo with a description of your own personal display — yes, you must own it. For mapping purposes, we need a specific street address (P.O. boxes won't work). Also include a contact email address and phone number. This information will not be published. A group of elves will keep an eye on the entries from now through Dec. 31. The two top entries will receive a $25 gift card and each entrant will receive $5 in Daily Deal Bucks (ooh, maybe you can buy more lights!).
