HOT SPRINGS - Sheriff R.L. Williams, whose election was secured through fraud, was again indicted today by a Garland County Grand Jury for malfeasance in office.

A Little Rock white woman who befriended a Negro student in the school integration crisis was subpoenaed yesterday to appear before a Senate Internal Security Subcommittee. Mrs. Lee Lorch said there was "a connection between the subpoena and my helping the Eckford girl." On September 4, Mrs. Lorch comforted Elizabeth Eckford after the 15-year-old had been turned back from Central High School. Mrs. Lorch argued with members of a crowd while the girl was being taunted and left with her on a public bus. The subcommittee is investigatingreported Communist activity in the Mid-South.

SEARCY - The house at 210 East Vine Street in Searcy that United States Representative Ed Bethune lists as his legal residence for voting purposes has been rented by an avid supporter of Charles L.
George, the Democrat opposing Bethune. George said that the rental of the white frame building by Dr. Victor Snyder demonstrated that Bethune "has not ties as far as home or residence is concerned" in the Second Congressional District.

ROGERS - The U.S. Department of Agriculture shut down a Tyson Foods Inc. frozen food warehouse for about 36 hours over the weekend. It was the second shutdown in a week.
