AMELIA ALISON HALL ROBERT GARRETT LEWIS

— Amelia Alison Hall became the bride of Robert Garrett Lewis at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, in Fellowship Bible Church. The father of the bridegroom officiated.

Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hall of Bentonville. Her grandparents are Lois Archer of Bentonville and Mary Hall of Rogers.

The bridegroom is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. Robert Lewis, 6 Carmel Lane. He is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Bill Thompson of Monroe, La.

The chancel held seasonal floral arrangements of orange unique roses, red hypericum berries, bittersweet, snapdragons and Blackout Asiatic lilies. Music was by trumpeter Wes Hall, pianist and vocalist Michael Cates and vocalist Vicki Burnett.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown of Venice lace over Italian satin. The strapless fitted bodice was encircled with a beaded band at the modified sweetheart neckline. The mermaid skirt and chapel trainhad a scalloped hem. She carried a bouquet of hand-tied roses, berries and flame miniature calla lilies. She also wore an 85-year-old garter, worn by three generations of her family.

Mrs. Allen Moseley of Little Rock was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Rebekah Lewis of Rwanda, Africa, and Mrs. Brent James of Little Rock, sisters of the bridegroom; and Morgan Smith, Kristin Mitchell and Mandee Novak, all also of Little Rock.

They wore sleeveless tea-colored organza gowns with a ribbon and bow at their Empire waistlines. They carried bouquets of flame miniature calla lilies with red hypericum and bear grass.

Best man was Mason Lewis of Fayetteville, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Isaac Smith, Chris Vincent, Dr. Ray Peeples and Dr. Brent James, all of Little Rock, and Aaron Hall of Fayetteville, brother of the bride.

Guests were seated by Zach Vint, Brian Pipkin, Davis Dodson, Matt Perry, Jacob Slaton, Ben Wellons, all of Little Rock, and Hunter Stuart of Dallas.

A reception at Windsong Performing Arts Center followed the ceremony. The buffet held two large arrangements with gourds, pumpkins and grapevine garland entwined with wedding flowers and fall foliage. Guest tables were covered in camel bichon linens with persimmon colored l'amour runners and chocolate brown brocade overlays. Music was by the FM Band.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in communications and psychology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Harding University in Searcy. She is a licensed associate counselor.

The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in biology from the university. He is pursuing a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

The couple will live in Little Rock after a wedding trip to the Bahamas.
