Darwin Hendrix, Antoine, to the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission for a term expiring Aug. 1, 2011, replacing Bootsie Ackerman.
Martha Dixon, Arkadelphia, to the State Board of Workforce Education and Career Opportunities for a term expiring June 30, 2014, replacing Terry Youngblood.
Mark Saviers, Little Rock, tothe Arkansas Biosciences Institute Board for a term expiring Oct. 1, 2009, replacing George Blevins.
Erna Boone, Cabot, reappointed to the Arkansas Respiratory Care Examining Committee for a term expiring Aug. 7, 2010.
To the Arkansas Arts Advisory Council for terms expiring June 30, 2011: Sarah Easley, Forrest City, reappointed; Janice Taylor, Little Rock, replacing Raymond Crutchfield; Michael Tidwell, Little Rock, reappointed; and Donna Young, Van Buren, replacing Nancy Beauchamp.
