On Monday, inspectors at the Alma Highway Police Station found 80 pounds of marijuana inside a tractor-trailer that was stopped there. Police arrested the driver, 24-year-old Leighton Williams of Lauderhill, Florida. Authorities estimate the drugs had a street value of $96,000.

On May 25, police found 82 pounds of marijuana in a tractor-trailer that was stopped on Interstate 40 in Crawford County. The driver, 37-year-old James Francis Kearney of El Paso, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

A day earlier, police found 100 pounds of marijuana in a truck they'd stopped for a traffic violation. The driver, 34-year-old Omar Alcazar of Lennox, California, was arrested.

All three drivers are being held at the Crawford County jail.
