The Little Rock Police Department and the Arkansas State Police released their investigative files on the Aug. 13 shooting death of state Democratic Party chairman Bill Gwatney and the subsequent chase and fatal shooting of suspected gunman Timothy Dale Johnson.
The 986-page LRPD file does not include any conclusions on a motive for Gwatney's shooting.
