JENNIFER NICOLE BENNETT SAMUEL GREGORY SACKETT

— Jennifer Nicole Bennett became the bride of Samuel Gregory Sackett at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, in Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jeff Hampton officiated.

Dr. and Mrs. Steven Bennett of North Little Rock are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Bennett, Bill McCord and the late Mrs. Bill McCord, all also of North Little Rock.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Les Sackett of Fort Wayne, Ind. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Merle T. Dunbar of Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Charles Sackett, also of Fort Wayne, and the late Mr. Sackett.

The chancel held a large pedestal arrangement of green, pink and white orchids. Music was by organist Jim Maase and soloist Catharina Matthews. Malisa Barnett assisted with programs and the guest book.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a fit-and-flare gown with a sweetheart neckline. Beaded Alencon lace appliques embellished the waist andscalloped hem of the chapel-length train. Her scalloped veil was edged with lace, pearls and crystals. She carried a bouquet of white and pink cymbidium orchids and gardenias.

Mrs. Keith Jones of Marion was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Christopher Frensley and Brittany Bennett, both of North Little Rock and sisters of the bride; Jessica Buckler and Collin Ward, both of Little Rock; Mrs. Mat Hency of Dallas; Meredith Adams of Fayetteville; and Mrs. Matthew Sackett of Fort Wayne.

They wore knee-length strapless dresses of shamrock green in matte satin with draped bodices and carried clutches of pink hydrangeas.

Flower girls were Aspen Frensley of North Little Rock, niece of the bride, and Ella Sackett of Fort Wayne, niece of the bridegroom. Ring bearers were Hunter Walker, also of North Little Rock, nephew of the bride, and Noah Sackett, also of Fort Wayne, nephew of the bridegroom.

Best man was Doug Kramer of Indianapolis. Groomsmen were Dean Sackett of Tokyo and Matthew Sackett and AaronSackett, both of Fort Wayne, all brothers of the bridegroom; Clay Kaminsky of New York; Jeff Reichard of Cincinnati; and Mike Shaw of Gettysburg, Pa.

Guests were seated by Ryan Bennett, brother of the bride, and Christopher Frensley and Spencer Jeu, all of North Little Rock.

A reception at The Little Rock Club followed the ceremony. Mantels and guest tables were centered with pillar candles of varying heights and arrangements of wedding flowers.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in middle-level education from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta. She is a student at Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne.

The bridegroom graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in marketing and organizational management from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He is a product director at DePuy Orthopaedics Inc.

The couple will make their home in Fort Wayne after a wedding trip to St. Lucia.
