SPIN CYCLE DeLay has new floor to spin on

— Spin Cycle presents another installment of "All the News That's Fit to Razz" ...

Joining entertainers like Donny Osmond and athletes like Michael Irvin and Chuck Liddell for next season's Dancing With the Stars (premiering Sept. 21 on ABC) will be former House of Representatives Majority Leader Tom DeLay.

Now we'll see whether politicians can waltz around the dance floor, not just issues.

Temperamental TV chef Gordon Ramsay, best known for hurling expletives at cooks and restaurateurs on Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares, admitted he was advised to file for bankruptcy because his eateries have been floundering during trying economic times.

Perhaps he could visit his own restaurants and call himself a donkey.

Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler recently released a statement praising his doctors for saving him after his Aug. 5 tumble from a South Dakota stage.

From now on he'll stick to "Living on the Edge," not falling off it.

Reality TV villain Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, who battled with fellow participants on The Apprentice and VH1's The Surreal Life, has a new role: the seminarian. She is pursuing a doctor of ministry degree at the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

Holy.

In her first interview, Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old girlfriend of Jon Gosselin, the Ed Hardy-wearing, jet-setting, hair-plugging and divorcing father of eight children from Jon & Kate Plus Eight, said she wants it to be known she's not "some fame whore."

She might be dating one, but she's not one.

Kourtney Kardashian of being-related-to-Kim fame recently explained her unplanned pregnancy on Ryan Seacrest's radio show: "This probably sounds so dumb, but there's so many times I'll forget to take my pill and I don't think it's that big of a deal. It's just so stupid."

If only she had been keeping up with the Kardashians.

KISS recently announced that Sonic Boom, the band's first studio album in 11 years, will be released Oct. 6 exclusively at Wal-Mart stores.

Making it very convenient for fans who need to buy Geritol and arthritis cream and hearing aid batteries.
