Petrino praises Wingo, says RBs learning

— Arkansas freshman tailback Ronnie Wingo had trouble powering through defensive tackle Zach Stadther and safety Tramain Thomas on a couple of goal-line runs in Saturday's scrimmage, but he is showing plenty of reasons to play him this season.

"Ronnie Wingo is very talented and he can really run with the ball," Arkansas Coach Bobby Petrino said. "He can make guys miss."

Petrino said Wingo and fellow freshman Knile Davis are learning they only have time to make one move before heading upfield.

"Because the speed of the game is not high school anymore," Petrino said. "They catch up to you and hit you."
