Something of an apparent restaurant nature is going in the space at 400 Louisiana St., Little Rock, that very briefly housed the

Choo Choo Steamer Cafe

. There are cafe-style chairs and tables with colored paper tablecloths, and a counter with a meat slicer is visible from the front door, suggesting it may be a deli. There are not yet any signs, the woman working inside wouldn’t open the door and answer questions and folks who work nearby who have gotten their noses in the door report receiving cagey or downright contradictory answers. We’ll keep you posted.
