LITTLE ROCK — A Salem man died Tuesday evening after he was thrown from the car he was driving when it ran off U.S. 62 in Fulton County, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police fatal-crash report.
Shortly before 8 p.m., Paul A. Henley, 40, was driving east when the vehicle went into a ditch and overturned about two miles west of Viola, the report said.
Henley died at the scene, the report said.
