Arkansas Sen. Mark Pryor is traveling on Friday to the Gulf Coast to tour damage from BP’s oil spill and discuss clean-up efforts.
Pryor’s office says the senator will travel to Louisiana with Sen. John Ensign of Nevada. The two lawmakers plan to tour damage to wetland habitat at the Pass-a-Loutre Wildlife Management Area in New Iberia, La.
They also plan to discuss planning and coordination with state and local officials during a boat tour around Grand Isle, fly over Barataria Bay and Grand Isle to view damage caused by the oil spill.
