LITTLE ROCK — A Heth man died Wednesday afternoon after the tractor-trailer he was driving crashed into the rear of another tractor-trailer in Pine Bluff, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police fatal-accident report.
About 4:30 p.m., Larry McGregory, 49, was driving a tractor-trailer north on U.S. 63 near Harmony Church Road, the report said.
McGregory was following a tractor-trailer driven by Adam K. Weaver, 25, of Warren when Weaver slowed for another vehicle making a left turn, the report said.
McGregory failed to slow and “ran into the rear” of the trailer, the report said. He later died from his injuries.
Weaver was taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff with unknown injuries, the report said.
