Three officers hurt in raid identified

The Little Rock Police Department identified three officers hurt while serving a no-knock warrant Friday at 2200 Marshall St.

The officers are Bryan Black, who joined the department in 2007; James Jenkins, who joined in 2001; and De Chance Ketzscher, who has been with the department since 1996.

SWAT officers De Chance Ketzscher and James Jenkins were shot during the raid, the police department said.

Officer Bryan Black fell through a wooden staircase breaking his arm.

Two of the occupants of the home — Floyd Walton, 53, and Irma Rogers, 42, — suffered gunshot wounds. Walton was hit in the leg and Rogers in the head. Both were taken to UAMS Medical Center, where Rogers was pronounced dead at 9:57 p.m. Friday.
