RACHEL TAYLOR LOGAN JOSEPH CHRISTOPHER HRITZ

— Rachel Taylor Logan became the bride of Joseph Christopher Hritz at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Chapel of the Transfiguration at Camp Mitchell in Morrilton. Micah Wiegel officiated.

Parents of the bride are Mary Logan and Terry Logan, both of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of the late Lacy and Robert Logan of Little Rock and the late Bette Hayden and the late Robert Hayden, both of Baltimore.

Sharon and Mark Hritz of Benton are the parents of the bridegroom. He is the grandson of Frances and the late Joseph Hritz of Whiting, Ind., and the late Alphie Hewlett and the late Robert Hewlett, both of Henrietta, Mo.

Arrangements of fall flowers were placed on the altar. Music was by vocalist Maddie Spickard, cousin of the bride. Readers were Steven Riffle and Hilary Henderson.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory halter-style gown with a beaded lace bodice, trumpet skirt and chapel train. She carried a bouquet of ivory and white calla lilies, miniature calla lilies and hydrangeas.

Ashlee Spencer of Houston was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ann Aday and Lauren Sanders, both of Little Rock; Krystle Berretta and Jamie Mandich, both of Memphis; Catherine Deason St. Pe of Metairie,La.; and Michelle Hritz of Benton.

They wore marine-blue cocktail dresses and carried bouquets of deep red miniature calla lilies, hydrangeas and dahlias.

Flower girls were Mary Ann Gundlach of Bauxite and Lilly Hritz of Benton, niece of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was Hunter Hritz, the bridegroom’s nephew, also of Benton.

The bridegroom’s brother, Matthew Hritz of Benton, served as best man. Groomsmen were Seth Anderson of Fairfield, Texas; John Doramus, Steven Riffle and Brian Sammons, all of Little Rock; Matt Hancock of Charlottesville, Va.; and Blake Whittle of Fayetteville. Guests were seated by Dusty Hood of Cabot.

A reception at the Agora Conference Center in Conway followed the ceremony. Guest tables held arrangements of curly willow and candles or standing chandeliers.

The bride is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree in education. She is a kindergarten teacher at Park Hill Elementary in North Little Rock.

The bridegroom attended Ouachita Technical Community College in Malvern and is a level two supervisor for Applied Inspection Systems of Benton.

The couple will live in Little Rock after a honeymoon in Mexico.
