The Paragould Daily Press reports that 20-year-old Christopher Hitchcock faces capital murder and aggravated robbery charges in the Oct. 13, 2009, fatal beating of Harvey Norman Beasley of Paragould.

In the same trial, 43-year-old Earl R. Long and 36-year-old Jacqueline A. Tomlinson will face charges of accomplice to capital murder and accomplice to aggravated robbery.

The 76-year-old Beasley was found unconscious in his home Oct. 13 and taken to Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, where he died the next day. Authorities said he died from blunt force trauma to the head.
