Children’s health care is topic of summit

The focus will be health care for children when national, state and local health advocates and policy makers gather in Little Rock on Wednesday.

Topics to be discussed include successful systems in others states and new policies encouraged by the federal health reform law. Also topics for discussion will be removing barriers to enrolling children in ARKids First and helping families make the most of their insurance coverage.

The session starts at 8 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church at 800 Scott Street in the downtown area.
