NORTH LITTLE ROCK — A collision between a Coca-Cola truck and a pickup injured both drivers and caused major delays on Interstate 30.

Watch VideoIt happened about 6:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes just south of Interstate 40. As of 8 a.m., only one lane of traffic was being allowed through, causing a significant backup.
Vehicles were also backing up on westbound I-30 and on Interstate 40.
Police on scene said it appeared that the pickup was westbound on I-30 when it veered off the left hand side of the road, went up a steep embankment and then jumped the guardrail, colliding with the eastbound Coca-Cola truck as it landed.
The driver of the pickup was reportedly taken to UAMS Medical Center with injuries not expected to be life-threatening. The driver of the Coke truck was taken to the hospital for minor injuries, police said.
The accident remains under investigation.
