Luckily for lovers of the arts, not all young people are off studying the sciences and mathematics. So it would seem after seeing "Review the Revue," the latest gathering at the Arkansas Repertory Theatre of young folks who are focused on working in theatrical pursuits.
In "Review the Revue," the Rep has packaged a “greatest hits” type show, with musical numbers from its first four Summer Musical Theatre Intensive shows: "Hollywood and Broadway on Main," "Sing, Dance, Repeat!", "If You Sing It, They Will Come" and "Follie Holidays."
Review the Revue continues with performances at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 5, and Sunday, March 6, plus a 2 p.m. Sunday matinee, and 7 p.m. performances Wednesday, March 9, through March 12. For more information or reservations, call (501) 378-0405, or see the website www.therep.org.
