Gun Show

CONWAY — G&S Promotions will sponsor a gun show in Conway at the Faulkner County Fairgrounds, 2505 E. Oak. Show hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $6 for adults, and children 12 and younger will get in free. There will be a large selection of new and used rifles, shotguns, handguns, knives, ammunition and accessories. Customers are encouraged to bring in their own items to be bought, sold or traded. CBC Press Conference

Audubon Meeting

MORRILTON — The River Valley Audubon Society will meet at 7 p.m. in the Stables Room at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute on Petit Jean Mountain. The guest speaker will be Petit Jean State Park interpreter Rachel Engebrecht. Engebrecht’s presentation is titled “Birds of Petit Jean.” The public is welcome, and refreshments will be served. Diabetes Education

CONWAY — Melissa Max, assistant professor at Harding University’s College of Pharmacy, will discuss diabetes-medication management during the next meeting of the Conway Regional Diabetes Education and Support Group.The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Conway Regional Women’s Center’s diabetes education classroom, 700 Salem Road in Conway. The group meets the last Tuesday of each month and is free and open to diabetes patients and their caregivers from throughout central Arkansas. For more information, call (501) 513-5248.

Golf Tournament

FAIRFIELD BAY — The Holiday Hills United Methodist Men in Greers Ferry will host a Feed the Hungry Benefit Golf Tournament at the Indian Hills Golf Course in Fairfield Bay. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. Prizes will be awarded for the top three teams in each flight. Lunch will be provided before play. The cost per player is $50 or $200 per team. School Bazaar

MORRILTON — The Sacred Heart School Bazaar will be from 6-11 p.m. Friday, June 3, and from 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday, June 4, in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church parking lot in downtown Morrilton, 506 E. Broadway. There will be food, games, kiddieland features, a kitchen and crafts area, and a silent auction. There will be a drawing for a 2011 Chevy Camaro, a Caribbean cruise, a Las Vegas getaway, a trip to Sea World and other prizes. Drawings will be at midnight Saturday, June 4, and participants need not be present to win. Dinner will be served Saturday only from 5-8:30 p.m., and boxed-dinner delivery will be from 4-6:30 p.m. in Morrilton. Call (501) 354-8113.
