Sykes to add 500 call-center jobs in Malvern

An inbound call center in Malvern will be hiring 500 people immediately, according to officials with the Malvern/Hot Spring County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday.

The workers will be hired by Florida-based Sykes Enterprises. About 500 people already work at the center, which helps customers with AT&T wireless service.
