A recipe for sadness?

Working mothers who expect that they can happily handle it all — job, kids, husband, home — are setting themselves up for rough times, according to a new study: “Even Supermoms Get the Blues.”

The study supports existing research that says working mothers show fewer signs of depression than stay-at-home-moms, but for even better mental health, working moms should accept that they really can’t do it all.
