LITTLE ROCK — Police named a suspect Wednesday in the shooting death of a Little Rock man early Sunday morning.
A capital-murder warrant has been filed for Markeith Stubblefield, 26, of Little Rock in the death of Leedell Rudley, 44.
Police found Rudley, who had a gunshot wound in his upper torso, sitting in a 1997 Mercury parked in a ditch at 9700 W. Base Line Road about 2:50 a.m. Sunday.
Rudley was taken to UAMS Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Police did not say Wednesday how Stubblefield became a suspect in Rudley’s death.
