Paneitz to retire as NWACC head

The NorthWest Arkansas Community College president announced her retirement during a board of trustees meeting Monday night.
Becky Paneitz has been with the college since 2003. She is the second president of the college since it opened its doors in 1990.
Under Paneitz’s leadership enrollment at the college has more than doubled with students taking 83,170 credit hours in 2003 and 173,282 hours in 2011.
Paneitz will stay at the college one more year.
