ConAgra Foods, Inc. is buying Odom's Tennessee Pride, the company announced today.
The agreement includes facilities in Little Rock, Dickson, Tenn. and its headquarters office in Madison, Tenn. The Little Rock plant employs 300 people.
Odom's Tennessee Pride, the second largest producer of frozen breakfast sandwiches, employs 750 people, and its annual revenue is in excess of $190 million.
