    We have lost the "War on Drugs" and it's costing us millions of $$$ annually. Pot should be legal and regulated like alcohol. Think of the revenue that could be generated here in Arkansas for healthcare, roads & schools. Crack, Crank, Crystal Meth, Cocaine all need to be ILLEGAL. If we get the pot smokers out of prison we might have enough room for the others...
