LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Department of Higher Education has moved around the corner.
The agency, which works with the state’s public colleges and universities and runs scholarship programs such as the one funded by the Arkansas Lottery, is now at 423 Main St. — the corner of East Capitol Avenue and Main Street. The department used to be at 114 E. Capitol Ave. — the corner of East Capitol Avenue and Scott Street.
The agency occupies offices on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors but also will use a large conference room on the first floor, said Brandi Hinkle, communications coordinator for the Higher Education Department.
