Repairs left to do won’t block trail

LITTLE ROCK — North Little Rock has completed work on sections of the Arkansas River Trail where detours were not an option.

Jeff Caplinger, project coordinator for the month-long effort to resurface and repair the popular paved trail, advised his e-mail list last week that remaining repairs will not block the trail.

“Since these areas are small and many and should be quick to complete, we will not be posting about specific areas,” he wrote, adding that “many of them are along the paved trails within the soccer complex of Burns Park.”
